BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This relates to all bookings - we do not ask for a deposit, but take your debit or credit card details, and if a cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to your booking, a fee of one night’s stay will be deducted from your card. Payment can be made during your stay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.  Booking confirmation indicates acceptance of our booking terms.  All major credit cards accepted.

In line with GDPR, by making an enquiry, be aware that you are explicitly “opting-in”, which is not inferred, to receiving information from White Cottage Bed and Breakfast via email. This information will be securely stored in line with our privacy policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personally identifiable information (PII) relating to our guests (name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, receipts, invoices) are only kept on our computer through to the end of an actual booking.

All PII is then deleted from our computer system, or in the case of paper receipts all but the last four numbers are blanked out by a permanent marker, and then stored in a locked filing cabinet, along with diaries, folders and invoices that contain any PII.

As a customer, you have the right to access any data we hold for you at any time, and you have the right to have your data deleted whenever you choose. You also have the right to ‘opt in’ to receive emails and business information from us.

We will only hold information that is relevant to your order or business requirement. You can request at any time for full disclosure of your PII.
